San Fermín and the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona

And among the world’s most notable festivals San Fermín and the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona (from July the 6th through the 14th each year): also here it’s much more interesting to attend as an insider rather than as a mere visitor. The only way to watch the Bullrun is by the way from private balconies, and it’s not easy at all to find (good) bullfight tickets without personal contacts. Also, a stay in Pamplona those days might turn out quite disappointing from a hygienic point of view: still that shouldn’t be a reason to leave.
